Swiss cheese topped burger

Olive oil 100ml
Red onion, diced 300g
Mushrooms, sliced 600g
Double cream 300ml
Farmstead bistro burger 20
Brioche burger bun 10
Gruyere-style block 400g
Little gem lettuce pieces 5


  1. Place the oil into a hot frying pan then add finely diced red onion, mushrooms and cream and quickly sauté. - Keep warm.
  2. Cook the burger then toast the bun and keep warm
  3. Melt the cheese on the burger and top with the mushroom mix.
  4. Layer the burgers with little gem and serve.
