Ingredients
- Chicken breast strips 550g
- Diced onions 200g
- Sliced mixed peppers 200g
- Vegetable oil 5ml
- Sweet and sour cooking sauce 750ml
Method
- Place the oil in a pan and heat. Then add the onions and peppers and pan fry.
- Next, add the chicken and continue to fry for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the sauce and bring to the boil. Serve with rice when reaching temperature (+82c)
