South American buffalo wings with habanero, avocado and sour cream

1. Deep fry the buffalo wings until crisp and golden.
2. Toss the hot wings in habanero hot sauce.
3. Arrange avocado slices on the base of a tapas dish.
4. Place the wings on top of the avocado.
5. Spoon sour cream dressing over the wings.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and a wedge of lime and serve immediately.
