Smokey beans with spinach and egg bites hotbox

White Onions - diced 120g
Leon cooking chorizo - chopped 160g
Everyday Favourites baked beans 180g
Santa Maria chipotle paste 20g
Casa de Mare sea salt 1g
Fresh spinach 10g
British free range scrambled egg bites - plain 60
Farmstead unsmoked rindless streaky bacon 10 slices


  1. Add the diced onions and chopped chorizo into a saucepan and cook until the oil is released then add the beans, chipotle paste and salt. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat and set to one side.
  2. Grill your streaky bacon until a little crispy.
  3. Place the bean mix into your chosen container and top with spinach, the bacon and plain egg bites. Finish in the oven or microwave.
