Ingredients
- White Onions - diced 120g
- Leon cooking chorizo - chopped 160g
- Everyday Favourites baked beans 180g
- Santa Maria chipotle paste 20g
- Casa de Mare sea salt 1g
- Fresh spinach 10g
- British free range scrambled egg bites - plain 60
- Farmstead unsmoked rindless streaky bacon 10 slices
Method
- Add the diced onions and chopped chorizo into a saucepan and cook until the oil is released then add the beans, chipotle paste and salt. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat and set to one side.
- Grill your streaky bacon until a little crispy.
- Place the bean mix into your chosen container and top with spinach, the bacon and plain egg bites. Finish in the oven or microwave.
