Ingredients
- Soft spread 150g
- Free range medium eggs 3
- Beetroot cooked 75g
- Plain flower 75g
- Caster sugar 275g
- Reduced fat cocoa powder 75g
Method
- Melt the butter and sugar together in a pan and then fold through the eggs whilst continuing to stir.
- Add the cocoa powder and flour to the mix and fold together.
- Grate in the beetroot and fold through the mix.
- Place the batter in a baking tray and cook in the oven on 160°c for 15 minutes.
