Showstopper build a brownie

Ingredients

  • Soft spread 150g
  • Free range medium eggs 3
  • Beetroot cooked 75g
  • Plain flower 75g
  • Caster sugar 275g
  • Reduced fat cocoa powder 75g

Method

  1. Melt the butter and sugar together in a pan and then fold through the eggs whilst continuing to stir.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and flour to the mix and fold together.
  3. Grate in the beetroot and fold through the mix.
  4. Place the batter in a baking tray and cook in the oven on 160°c for 15 minutes.
