Shakshuka with sweet potato & scrambled tofu

Ingredients

Base mix 250g
Roasted sweet potato mix 100g
Scrambled tofu 100g
Lion middle eastern hot sauce 30ml
Misiion foods harissa tortilla wrap 30cm (12") 1
Sumac 0.5g

Method

  1. Place the base mix into your desired dish.
  2. Top with the roasted sweet potato mix.
  3. Add the scrambled tofu.
  4. Drizzle with middle eastern sauce.
  5. Serve with wedges of toasted harissa wrap.
  6. Sprinkle sumac on top to finish the dish.
