1. Take a chilled Highball glass and fill it to the top with high quality ice.
2. Add the Whisky and winter spice cordial.
3. Slowly pour in the chilled Schweppes Ginger Ale.
4. Stir gently to ensure maximum fizz.
5. Top with additional ice, if needed, to prevent your ice from floating.
6. Garnish with an orange disc.
