Schweppes winter mule

Big vanilla with a lifting ginger hit.

Ingredients

Spiced rum 25ml
Lime juice 15ml
Schweppes Ginger Beer 150ml
Lime disc 1

Method

  1. Take a chilled Highball glass and fill it to the top with high quality ice.
  2. Add the spiced rum and lime juice.
  3. Slowly pour in the chilled Schweppes Ginger beer.
  4. Stir gently to ensure maximum fizz.
  5. Top with additional ice, if needed, to prevent your ice from floating.
  6. Garnish with a lime disc.
