Ingredients
| Shredded cooked chicken | 100g |
| Everyday Favourites grated cheddar | 75g |
| Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella | 75g |
| Half a green and half a red pepper, diced seeds removed | |
| Dried chilli flakes (add to required heat level) | |
| Handful of chopped coriander leaves | |
| Everyday Favourites wheat flour tortilla wraps | |
| Ready-made salsa | |
| Sliced jalapeno chillies (optional) |
Method

- Mix the chicken, cheese, peppers, chillies and coriander together.
- To make each quesadilla; place a tortilla in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, spread the cheesy chicken mixture onto the tortilla, then place another tortilla wrap on top.
- Press down and cook for a few minutes, turning as required until golden on each side and the filling is piping hot.
- Slide the chickadilla onto a chopping board, leave to cool for a couple of minutes before cutting into triangles and serving with a side of salsa and jalapenos, for a scarily tasty Halloween snack!
