Scampi in a hirata bun with slaw

Ingredients

Everyday Favourites breaded scampi 4
Hirata bun 1
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 20ml
North African spice paste 5g
Coleslaw mix 30g
Coriander, chopped 3g
Sriracha sauce 3ml

Method

  1. Cook the scampi as per instructions.
  2. Cook the steam bun as per instructions.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and paste together with the slaw.
  4. Place the bun on a plate, fill with the slaw and top with the cooked scampi, chopped coriander and Sriracha.
  5. You can add toasted seeds for more of a premium offer.
