Ingredients
- Double Cream 80ml
- Sweetened Caramel Condensed Milk
- Digestive Biscuits 60g
- Pecan Nuts 15g
- Hazelnuts 10g
Method
- Blend the biscuits until they resemble "sawdust".
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold the caramel condensed milk into the cream.
- Layer up the sawdust and cream.
- Garnish with nuts.
