Ingredients
| Double Cream | 80ml |
| Sweetened Caramel Condensed Milk | |
| Digestive Biscuits | 60g |
| Pecan Nuts | 15g |
| Hazelnuts | 10g |
Method
- Blend the biscuits until they resemble "sawdust".
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold the caramel condensed milk into the cream.
- Layer up the sawdust and cream.
- Garnish with nuts.
