Salmon with mixed grain, red peppers and avocado

Grilled salmon served on mixed grains and roasted peppers and tomatoes with avocado and cream fraiche.

Pier 7 raw Scottish salmon portions 10
Mixed grains 600g
Mixed peppers 3
Gustoso multi use tmato base 500ml
Avocado 3
Organic Crème Fraiche half fat 200g


  1. Place the salmon on a baking tray and the sliced peppers and bake in the oven for 180°C for 10 -12 minutes till golden but still soft to touch.
  2. Heat the tomato sauce.
  3. Serve on mixed grains with the sliced avocado mixed with the crème fraiche.
