- Chantenay carrots 1.2kg
- Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 40g
- Everyday Favourites unsalted butter, melted 50g
- Sea salt 4g
- Thyme 5g
Method
- Place the carrots onto an oven tray and coat with maple syrup and melted butter, season with salt and chopped thyme and roast until tender.
