Roasted carrots with maple butter

Ingredients

  • Chantenay carrots 1.2kg
  • Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 40g
  • Everyday Favourites unsalted butter, melted 50g
  • Sea salt 4g
  • Thyme 5g

Method

  1. Place the carrots onto an oven tray and coat with maple syrup and melted butter, season with salt and chopped thyme and roast until tender.
