Reuben-style sourdough baguette

Ingredients

  • Delifrance sourdough half baguette 10
  • Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard 180g
  • Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 180g
  • Sauerkraut 300g
  • Farmstead Deli red brisket pastrami 30 slices
  • Slices whole gherkins 20
  • Chargrilled little gem fresh 10
  • Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices 20 slices
  • French's American mustard 20g

Method

  1. Bake the baguette as per the instructions on the pack and allow to cool. Split lengthways and toast.
  2. Mix the mustard & mayonnaise together and equally spread over the bottom part of the baguette.
  3. Load with sauerkraut, pastrami, sliced gherkins, little gem and cheese slices.
  4. Place under the grill until the cheese has melted then top with American mustard.
  5. Place the top of the baguette on and slice as required.
