Ingredients
- Delifrance sourdough half baguette 10
- Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard 180g
- Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 180g
- Sauerkraut 300g
- Farmstead Deli red brisket pastrami 30 slices
- Slices whole gherkins 20
- Chargrilled little gem fresh 10
- Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices 20 slices
- French's American mustard 20g
Method
- Bake the baguette as per the instructions on the pack and allow to cool. Split lengthways and toast.
- Mix the mustard & mayonnaise together and equally spread over the bottom part of the baguette.
- Load with sauerkraut, pastrami, sliced gherkins, little gem and cheese slices.
- Place under the grill until the cheese has melted then top with American mustard.
- Place the top of the baguette on and slice as required.
