- Make two separate shakes with a blender; first the raspberry ice cream with 100ml soya milk and then the vanilla ice cream with 100ml soya milk.
- Drizzle the sauce around the milk goblet then pour in the two shakes; turning the glass as you pour to get a swirl effect.
- Top with 3rd scoop of vanilla, the frozen raspberries and more sauce, and finish with the mint.
