| Fresh or frozen raspberries | 450g |
| Lemon, juiced | ½ |
| Icing sugar | 3 tbsp |
| Mademoiselle Desserts custard tart | |
| Clotted cream to serve |

- Drizzle the coulis over a slice of custard tart
