Rarebit topped charred chicken

Hot mustard rarebit topped chicken breast with fries and corn

Chargrilled chicken fillets 2kg
Everyday Favourites BBQ sauce 300ml
Hot mustard rarebit 1kg
Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 100g
Fajita seasoning 20g
Corn ribs 1kg
Gourmet Selection coated julienne fries 1.2kg
Pickled red onion, sliced 200g
Crispy fried onions 100g


  1. Top the chicken with 10g of BBQ sauce then evenly top with rarebit mix and bake in a hot oven until golden and bubbling
  2. Mix the butter and seasoning together and melt, add to cooked sweetcorn ribs and keep warm - chargrill if desired to add that smoky finish.
  3. Cook the fries and then serve with the dish
  4. Top the cooked chicken with pickled pink onions and crispy onions
  5. Serve with a dip pot of BBQ sauce
