Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites plain flour 500g
- Sun-Pat smooth peanut butter 30g
- Alpro organic unsweetened soya milk 700ml
- Three colour quinoa 100g
- Dr Oetker gluten free baking powder 6g
- Everyday Favourites ground ginger 4g
- Fresh lemon juice 15g
- Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 30ml
- Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon 6g
- KTC coconut oil 1 tsp
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together apart from the coconut oil and set to one side for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan and add the coconut oil, laddle in the batter and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface then turn over and continue to cook on each side - use all the mixture.
- Serve warm with a choice of toppings - we recommend fresh berries and maple syrup.
