Ingredients
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 145g |
| Granulated sugar | 50g |
| Vanilla or plain low-fat yoghurt | 226g |
| Egg whites, lightly beaten | 2 |
| Vegetable oil | 2 tsp |
| Skimmed milk | 2 tsp |
| Vanilla | 2 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites plain flour | 210g |
| Baking soda | 1 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon | 1 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites salt (optional) | 1/2 tsp |
| Quaker Oats | 420g |
| Diced dried mixed fruit, raisins, or dried cranberries |
Method

- Heat oven to 180°C / gas mark 5
- In a large bowl, combine sugars, yoghurt, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
- Add to yoghurt mixture; mix well.
- Stir in oats and fruit.
- Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 33x23 cm baking pan.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely on wire rack and cut into 20 bite-size chunks.
