Ingredients
- Firmly packed brown sugar 145g
- Granulated sugar 50g
- Vanilla or plain low-fat yoghurt 226g
- Egg whites, lightly beaten 2
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp
- Skimmed milk 2 tsp
- Vanilla 2 tsp
- Everyday Favourites plain flour 210g
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon 1 tsp
- Everyday Favourites salt (optional) 1/2 tsp
- Quaker Oats 420g
- Diced dried mixed fruit, raisins, or dried cranberries

- Heat oven to 180°C / gas mark 5
- In a large bowl, combine sugars, yoghurt, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
- Add to yoghurt mixture; mix well.
- Stir in oats and fruit.
- Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 33x23 cm baking pan.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely on wire rack and cut into 20 bite-size chunks.
