Pulled pork pizza tacos

Ingredients

Pan Artisan sourdough pizza dough balls 1
Everyday Favourites pizza topping sauce 100ml
Premium Selection BBQ pulled pork with jalapeño peppers 220g
Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild cheddar mix

Method

  1. De-frost the pizza dough balls over night.
  2. Preheat the over to 180 degrees.
  3. Cut the dough ball into three, then roll out until thin and flat and the desired size.
  4. Place the rolled out dough balls onto a flat tray and into the oven, cook until slightly browned but not hard and remove and leave to cool.
  5. Cook the BBQ pulled pork as per the cooking instructions.
  6. Cover one side of the dough bases with the pizza base sauce.
  7. Fold the dough bases in your hand and fill with the BBQ pulled pork.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
