Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites ciabatta bread roll 1
- Butter lightly spread
- Prosciutto 4 slices
- Fig, sliced into rounds 1
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced ½ ball
- Rocket 1 handful
- Runny honey 1 tsp
Method

- Lightly butter the inside of the roll on both sides.
- Add the rocket to the ciabatta, layering the mozzarella slices on top.
- Place the fig slices and prosciutto on top of the mozzarella, then drizzle the honey over the top of the prosciutto to finish.
