Ingredients
| Granulated sugar | 25g |
| Everyday Favourites white wine vinegar | 30ml |
| Slaw mix | 25g |
| Beetroot (grated) | 25g |
| Lime | |
| Coriander | 20g |
| Farmstead pork & chorizo burger | 1 |
| Premium Selection blue Stilton wedges | 40g |
| Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | 2 rashers |
| Burger bun | 1 |
| Fig and honey chutney | 30g |
| Beef tomatoes (sliced) | 40g |
| Little gem lettuce | |
| Mayonnaise | 30ml |
| Julienne fries | 180g |
| Smoked paprika | 10g |
Method
- Reduce the sugar and vinegar in a pan for 5 mins, cool, and then add the slaw mix and grated beetroot with a squeeze of lime, coriander and salt
- Grill the burger for 3-4 minutes each side and top with the stilton
- Fry the bacon until crispy and lightly toast the bun
- Get building your burger! Fig chutney on the base, then the burger, tomato, lettuce, bacon, slaw, and finally the mayo drizzled over the top
- Serve with julienne fries tossed in the smoked paprika
