|Carte D’Or mango coulis||a spoonful|

- Beat together the eggs and milk, and mix into the dry waffle mix until smooth. Add the melted butter slowly into the mix until it reaches the consistency of thick cream custard. Add extra milk if it is too thick.
- Add your chosen food colouring slowly until it reaches your desired colour, and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Set waffle iron to 170 degrees C (medium heat setting) and cook for approx. 4 minutes per side, before it starts to brown.
- Drape your waffle over a pan handle or rolling pin while it cools and hardens into a classic taco shape.
