- Cooked pigs in blankets 40
- Brioche hotdog rolls 10
- Beef gravy 400g
- Pre-sliced turkey saddle 400g
- Brie
Method
- Cook the pigs in blankets and keep warm
- Crisp the brioche roll in a frying pan with a little butter until golden on the outside.
- Make the gravy and keep warm.
- Layer all the ingredients and drizzle with gravy or use a dipping pot
