Pigs in blanket hotdog

Ingredients

  • Cooked pigs in blankets 40
  • Brioche hotdog rolls 10
  • Beef gravy 400g
  • Pre-sliced turkey saddle 400g
  • Brie

Method

  1. Cook the pigs in blankets and keep warm
  2. Crisp the brioche roll in a frying pan with a little butter until golden on the outside.
  3. Make the gravy and keep warm.
  4. Layer all the ingredients and drizzle with gravy or use a dipping pot
