Ingredients
| Thaw-and-serve prepared pasta salad with tomatoes, mozzarella and pesto. | 2.5kg |
| Roasted chicken fillet | 10 |
| Pitted green olives | 120g |
| Semi dried tomatoes | 300g |
| Grana Padano wedge, grated | 120g |
| Rocket | 250g |
Method
- Defrost the salad in the fridge overnight
- Slice the chicken and set to one side
- Mix the defrosted salad with green olives, tomato and 1/4 of the grated cheese
- Tumble rocket though and serve with the sliced chicken and more grated Parmesan
