Pan-roasted haddock finished with crispy chorizo, capers and lemon

Rockport boned fresh haddock fillets
Everyday Favourites salted butter 100g
Chorizo 300g
Baby capers 150g
Lemon, juiced 3
Chive, chopped 10g
Parsley, chopped 10g
Rocket 500g


  1. Pan roast the haddock in oil and butter and then remove and allow to rest (keep warm)
  2. Add chopped chorizo and butter and quickly sauté, add capers, lemon juice and chopped herbs
  3. Serve the hake and chorizo mix with salad and fresh lemon wedges
