Not-so-dirty loaded vegan chicken fries

Served with smashed avo, pickled slaw and toasted seeds

Granulated sugar 25g
Everyday Favourites white wine vinegar 30ml
Red onion (sliced) ½
Slaw mix 40g
Juice from fresh lemon ½
Juice from fresh Lime 1
Coriander (chopped) 20g
Avocado 30g
Sweet potato fries 200g
Mock chicken popcorn 100g
Pumpkin seeds 10g
Sunflower seeds 10g
Spring onion (sliced) 1
BBQ sauce 30ml
Mayonnaise 40ml
Sriracha sauce 10ml
Crispy fried onions 10g


  1. Reduce the sugar and vinegar in a pan, then pour over the sliced red onion for a quick pickle and set aside
  2. Combine the slaw mix with lemon and lime juice and chopped coriander
  3. Mash the avocado and mix with lemon and lime juice and chopped coriander
  4. Deep fry the sweet potato and popcorn mock chicken for 4-5mins and toast the seeds in a hot pan with oil until crispy
  5. Layer up your dirty fries, with the sweet potato fries at the bottom, then the mock chicken, smashed avo, slaw, pickled onions and sliced spring onions
  6. Drizzle over plenty of the BBQ sauce, mayonnaise and sriracha before the final garnish of toasted seeds, coriander and crispy onions
