1. Prepare the elements: Pre-bake the cookie. Lightly heat the Jaffa orange cakes for 20 seconds. Whip the cream and place into a piping bag.
2. Assemble: Layer the ice cream, cake, and chocolate sauce into a sundae glass or bowl.
3. Finish: Pipe whipped cream on top, add the cookie, crumble over the Jaffa cake and finish with Cadbury Twirl Orange pieces.
