Ingredients

Everyday Favourites free range eggs, beaten 2
Everyday Favourites plain flour 250g
Fresh boneless cod fillets 4
Nestlé Harvest Home® corn flakes 100g

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the beaten eggs into a bowl.
  3. Place the flour into a separate bowl.
  4. Season the cod fillets with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add Nestlé Harvest Home® corn flakes to a separate bowl.
  6. Dip each cod fillet in egg mixture to coat, then into flour and then into the corn flakes to form a good crust.
  7. Place the fillets onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for around 20 minutes until the fish is soft and flaky to touch with a fork.
