Ingredients
- Nestlé Harvest Home corn flakes (roughly crushed by hand) 100g
- Chicken breast 500g
- Everyday Favourites eggs 2
- Baby gem lettuce (shredded) 2
- Plum tomatoes (diced) 5
- Large tortilla wraps 5
- Everyday Favourites cajun spice 1 tsp
- Soured cream 2 tbsps
Method

- Pre heat oven 180°C.
- Slice the chicken in to strips.
- Beat the eggs in to a large bowl.
- Add the chicken and coat well.
- Place the chicken in to the corn flakes and coat.
- Dust with cajun seasoning.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven.
- Once cooked lay the chicken in the wraps, top with the shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and the soured cream.
- Wrap and serve.
