Mushroom and blue cheese arancini with truffle mayo

Arancini finished with truffle oil mayo, rich tomato sauce, crispy vegan bacon and chives.

Mushroom and crumbly blue arancini 1kg
Vegan bacon rashers 100g
Vegan mayonnaise 300ml
Black truffle oil 6ml
Chives, chopped 10g
Everyday Favourites whole black peppercorn 1g
Multi use tomato base 200g
Vegan Italian style grated hard cheese 100g


  1. Deep fry the arancini as per cooking instructions and keep warm, then cook the bacon and keep warm.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the truffle oil, chopped chives and cracked black pepper and place into a squeezy bottle.
  3. Gently warm the sauce and place onto your plate then top with the arancini, truffle mayo, crispy bacon and grated cheese, finish with more chopped chives and serve.
