- Mission multigrain tortilla wrap 1
- Hot shredded crispy Peking duck 60g
- Hoisin sauce 35g
- Cucumber batons 45g
- Shredded salad onions 15g
Method

- Warm the Mission multigrain tortilla wrap and spread the Hoisin sauce on top.
- Place the shredded duck down the centre of the wrap and scatter the cucumber batons and shredded onions.
- Roll up the Mission tortilla leaving the ends open.
- Cut in half and serve.
