Ingredients
- McDougalls Plain Flour 70g
- Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 2
- Salt & pepper to season
- Semi skimmed milk 100ml
- Sunflower oil a drizzle
- Turkey trimmings (cooked) 200g
- Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce 100g
- Bisto turkey gravy (made as per instructions) 150ml
Method

- Pre-heat oven to 230ºC.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and flour until smooth, then whisk in the milk and season.
- Drizzle a little sunflower oil into a non-stick tartlet or petit four tin and place in the oven to heat through.
- Remove the hot tin from the oven and carefully and evenly pour the batter into the tins. Place the tins back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings have risen. Remove from the oven.
- Place turkey trimmings and cranberry sauce into each Yorkshire pudding and serve hot with Bisto turkey gravy.
