Ingredients
| McDougalls Plain Flour | 70g |
| Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 2 |
| Salt & pepper | to season |
| Semi skimmed milk | 100ml |
| Sunflower oil | a drizzle |
| Turkey trimmings (cooked) | 200g |
| Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce | 100g |
| Bisto turkey gravy (made as per instructions) | 150ml |
Method

- Pre-heat oven to 230ºC.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and flour until smooth, then whisk in the milk and season.
- Drizzle a little sunflower oil into a non-stick tartlet or petit four tin and place in the oven to heat through.
- Remove the hot tin from the oven and carefully and evenly pour the batter into the tins. Place the tins back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings have risen. Remove from the oven.
- Place turkey trimmings and cranberry sauce into each Yorkshire pudding and serve hot with Bisto turkey gravy.
