  • Ardo Mediterranean brunoise 500g
  • Ardo salsa Mexicana 125g
  • Olive oil 50ml
  • Tomato coulis 300ml
  • Sugar 80g
  • Lemons (juice of) 2
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt & pepper to season
