1. In a tall glass or parfait dish, layer half of the brownie/cake cubes in the bottom.
2. Top the brownie layer with ¼ cup of the chocolate fudge sauce, spreading it evenly.
3. Sprinkle half of the chopped gold billions bar over the fudge layer.
4. Scoop half of the vanilla ice cream over the candy layer.
5. Add another layer of the remaining brownie/cake cubes.
6. Top with the rest of the chocolate fudge sauce.
7. Sprinkle the remaining pieces of the gold billions bar over the fudge layer.
8. Gently spoon the remaining vanilla ice cream over the candy layer.
9. Top the sundae with the freshly whipped cream, spreading it all the way to the edges of the glass.
10. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate pieces or shavings over the whipped cream.
