McCain Texas BBQ pork fries

Ingredients

McCain Original Choice thick cut chips 283g
BBQ pulled pork with jalapeños 220g
Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 100g

  1. Cook product from chilled for best results
  2. Ensure the fryer is at the temperature of 175c, fill basket to the halfway point and deep fry for four and a half minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
  3. Using a 8ooW microwave: pierce the film lid on the BBQ pulled pork. Cook from defrost on full power for approximately three minutes. Always ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.
  4. Drain the oil from the basket for ten seconds. Decant the chips in a serving bowl. Layer the BBQ pork topping on top of the chips and then sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and serve.
