Ingredients
| North African spice paste | 100g |
| Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 200ml |
| Coleslaw mix | 400g |
| Orange juice | 60ml |
| Farmstead bistro burger | 10 |
| Gourmet burger bun | 10 |
| Little gem lettuce | 1 |
| Chargrilled peppers | 200g |
Method
- Mix the paste and mayonnaise together and set to one side.
- Mix the slaw and orange juice together and allow to marinade for an hour.
- Cook the burger and toast the bun.
- Shred the lettuce and peppers and build as required.
