Margherita pizza

Ingredients

  • Grated mozerella and mild cheddar cheese 300g
  • Hovis best of both bread and roll mix 300g
  • Gustoso multi use tomato base 350g
  • Water 180ml

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the Hovis bread mix in a bowl with a dough hook. Add the water and mix on medium speed for 6 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough out to fit the tin, then prick the base with a fork and leave n a warm place to proof for 10 minutes.
  4. Once proofed, spread the sauce over the base and sprinkle over the cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is golden brown and the base is crisp.
