Mandarin and orange jelly

Mandarin segments in juice 670g
Orange flavour jelly crystals 232g
Water 237ml
Water 297ml


  1. Place the jelly crystals in a bowl and then add 237ml of boiling water and stir in allowing the crystals to dissolve fully.
  2. Drain the fruit keeping the juice. Add 297ml of cold water to the juice.
  3. Then add the remaining juice-water to the warm mix - stir lightly.
  4. Place the fruit and jelly into your serving dishes and allow them to set, preferably overnight (12 hours).
