Ingredients
- White thick sliced bloomer 1200g
- Grated mozzarella and mild cheddar mix 500g
- Salted butter 250g
- Sliced salami 400g
- Chilli jam 200g
- Macaroni cheese 2
- Curly parsley 30g
- White garlic string 50g
- Nduja Sausage 400g
Method
- Mince the garlic, chop the parsley. Put both in a food processor with the butter and Nduja, blitz.
- Spread the chilli jam onto the inside of one slice of bread, top with macaroni, top with cheese, top with salami, spread the nduja butter on the inside of the remaining slice of bread. Put the bread slices together to make the sandwich, brush both slices with olive oil.
- Put on a hot solid top or frying pan, put a piece of silicon on the sandwich then place a heavy weight on top, grill till crispy then flip over and grill the other side, serve.
