Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites macaroni cheese | 800g |
| Everyday Favoruites grated mozzerella | 100g |
| Vegetarian hard cheese shavings | 60g |
| Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | 100g |
| Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 30ml |
| Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 60g |
| Seasoned pulled pork | 500g |
| Everyday Favourites BBQ sauce | 200ml |
| Everyday Favourites salted butter | 30g |
| Brioche hot dog rolls | 10 |
| Smoked bratwurst sausages | 10 |
| Crispy fried onions | 50g |
Method
- Defrost the mac and cheese and add the mozzarella and cheese shavings - warm until required.
- Place the bacon on a tray and cover with sriracha/ maple syrup and cook until crunchy, allow to cool and cut into shards
- Mix the pulled pork with 100ml BBQ sauce and warm through - Keep warm
- Heat the butter and fry the bun, heat the hot dog and fill the top with all other ingredients, finish with crispy onions and the remainder of BBQ sauce.
