| Buttermilk chicken fillets | 10 |
| Frank's red hot buffalo wings sauce | 60g |
| Long Clawson mild Cheddar slices with jalapeño peppers | 20 slices |
| Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix | 400g |
| Lion chipotle mayonnaise | 300ml |
| Lion Louisiana BBQ sauce | 300ml |
| Everyday Favourites American-style mustard | 200ml |
| Crispy fried onions | 100g |
Method
Try these naughty and indulgent ’dirty’ fries topped with buttermilk chicken, cheese and Americana inspired sauces. Not just a side any more, this is a meal in its own right
- Cook the fries and chicken as per instructions.
- Chop the buttermilk chicken into even size pieces and tumble with the buffalo sauce.
- Place the hot fries into your serving dish and top with the chicken.
- Top with the grated cheese mix and cheese slices, then grill until melted.
- Drizzle with chipotle mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
- Finish with mustard and crispy onions.
