- Rosemary salt a pinch
- Lamb Weston CrissCuts 3 (per person)
- Vanilla ice cream a small ball
- Large marshmallows, cut in half across their middle 2
- Cranberry syrup a drizzle
Method

- Combine pistachio nuts together with a little rosemary salt and sprinkle across a serving plate.
- Cook CrissCuts according to instructions and arrange on the plate.
- Place a small ball of ice cream on to each CrissCut, drizzle with the cranberry syrup and top with a half of marshmallow. Toast lightly with a blow torch just before serving.
