Lamb Weston chocolate-dipped criss cut pops

Ingredients

  • Meltable chocolate (milk, dark or white)
  • Double cream 150ml
  • Lamb Weston sweet potato criss cuts
  • Lamb Weston criss cuts

For the topping

  • Sprinkles
  • Cheesecake foam
  • Crumble
  • Powdered sugar
  • Berries
  • Nuts

  1. Slowly melt all the chocolate either over a hot bowl or on the stove.
  2. Whisk in the double cream until it makes a thick, smooth chocolate sauce.
  3. Fry the Lamb Weston criss cuts (sweet potato and plain) using a fryer or air fryer until golden and crisp.
  4. Once they are slightly cooled, dip half the criss cuts into the smooth chocolate mix and leave to cool on a cooling tray or add additional toppings and allow to dry.
  5. Fashion the criss cuts on a sharing plate or insert a pop stick to enjoy the unique pop style.
For a vegan twist, use vegan chocolate and plant-based cream/milk with a side of raspberries and almonds.
