Lamb Weston cheddar and bacon dipping fries

This extra crispy all-day sharing snack offers more portions and is also great made using potato puffs.

Ingredients

  • Lamb Weston Stealth® Skin-On Fries 300g
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Ranch dressing
  • Grated Edam cheese (or a cheese mix) 100g
  • Lean bacon, cut into small batons 150g

Method

  1. Cook Stealth Skin-on Fries according to instructions then place into a serving dish. Season with salt & pepper while warm and drizzle with ranch dressing
  2. Completely cover the fries with the grated cheese and set aside
  3. Fry the bacon until crisp and scatter over the cheese-topped fries. Place under a grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, then serve
