Ingredients
| Lamb Weston Stealth® Skin-On Fries | 300g |
| Salt and pepper to season | |
| Ranch dressing | |
| Grated Edam cheese (or a cheese mix) | 100g |
| Lean bacon, cut into small batons | 150g |
Method

- Cook Stealth Skin-on Fries according to instructions then place into a serving dish. Season with salt & pepper while warm and drizzle with ranch dressing
- Completely cover the fries with the grated cheese and set aside
- Fry the bacon until crisp and scatter over the cheese-topped fries. Place under a grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, then serve
