Lamb Weston Stealth® Skin-On Fries	300g
Salt and pepper to season
Ranch dressing
Grated Edam cheese (or a cheese mix)	100g
Lean bacon, cut into small batons	150g

Method

Cook Stealth Skin-on Fries according to instructions then place into a serving dish. Season with salt & pepper while warm and drizzle with ranch dressing
Completely cover the fries with the grated cheese and set aside
Fry the bacon until crisp and scatter over the cheese-topped fries. Place under a grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, then serve
