- Lamb Weston Stealth Fries 400g
- Bunch of spring onions 1
- Red chillies 1
- Sriracha sauce 100ml
- Sour cream 150ml
- Crispy onion 50g

- Fry off your stealth fries for 3:15 mins at 175°C
- Meanwhile, finely slice your spring onions, chillies and set to one side.
- Once chips are cooked lightly season with salt (to taste), place on plate or platter of choice.
- Drizzle with sriracha, followed by sour cream.
- Then top with the sliced spring onion & chillies.
- Finally, top with crispy onions and enjoy the tasty hot fries, dripping in sour cream with the gentle heat of the sriracha and chillies warming your mouth and the extra crunch of the crispy onions to really enhance the texture.
