King prawns served with fresh lemon

    Ingredients

    Ocean Catch raw king prawns Iqf (2630pack) 16 (defrosted)
    Kerrymaid Buttery 100g
    Bb - Lemon medium 1

    Method

    1. Split open and de-vein the prawns.
    2. Brush liberally with Kerrymaid Buttery.
    3. Grill the prawns for a couple of minutes, turning once. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
