Kimchi hummus dip

Chickpeas are a slow releasing carbohydrate and a great source of fibre and protein

Chick peas in water 1.5kg
Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi 430g
Extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil 80ml
Chopped garlic in oil 5g
Casa de Mare sea salt 2.2g
Tahini paste 200g
Everyday Favourites ground white pepper 0.2g
Casa de Mare lemon juice squeezy 30ml


  1. Use 200g of drained chick peas, 20ml oil and 100g of kimchi and mix together. Leave covered in a mixing bowl for later.
  2. Combine the remainder of the ingredients in a food blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon into pots of your choice.
  4. Top with equal amounts of the chick pea mix and serve with crackers or bread of your choice.
