|Chick peas in water||1.5kg|
|Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi||430g|
|Extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil||80ml|
|Chopped garlic in oil||5g|
|Casa de Mare sea salt||2.2g|
|Everyday Favourites ground white pepper||0.2g|
|Casa de Mare lemon juice squeezy||30ml|
- Use 200g of drained chick peas, 20ml oil and 100g of kimchi and mix together. Leave covered in a mixing bowl for later.
- Combine the remainder of the ingredients in a food blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into pots of your choice.
- Top with equal amounts of the chick pea mix and serve with crackers or bread of your choice.
