|Chick peas in water
|Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi
|Extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil
|Chopped garlic in oil
|Casa de Mare sea salt
|Everyday Favourites ground white pepper
|Casa de Mare lemon juice squeezy
- Use 200g of drained chick peas, 20ml oil and 100g of kimchi and mix together. Leave covered in a mixing bowl for later.
- Combine the remainder of the ingredients in a food blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into pots of your choice.
- Top with equal amounts of the chick pea mix and serve with crackers or bread of your choice.
