Jewelled dark chocolate and beetroot brownie

Beetroot mixed bunches 500g
Flora Original sunflower spread 400g
Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey 200ml
Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 6
Everyday Favourites plain flour 400g
Callebaut dark chocolate 600g
Everyday Favourites cocoa powder 100g


  1. Dice the cooked beetroot into small dice.
  2. Cream the sunflower spread and honey.
  3. Add the eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the diced dark chocolate and flour.
  5. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
